Jelikož je továrně aktivovaná výrobcem, před použitím se tedy nemusíte stresovat žádnou aktivací a nabíjením. Gelové baterie mají všeobecně delší životnost a nižší koeficient samovybíjení na rozdíl od srovnatelných kyselinových baterií, přesto doporučujeme o baterie pečovat a nabíjet je když na skútru nejezdíte, hlavně v zimním období.
